For new clients, I require a standard screening process to ensure that we both feel safe and comfortable. Privacy and security are essential for an open, trusting dialogue. Introduce yourself, and how you would like to spend our time together.
Please include the names and emails or websites of two established providers you have recently spent time with. If you don’t have any references, please let me know, and we can find an alternative way to verify you.
If you do not have any references I will require a deposit to set up an appointment.
A $200 *NON-REFUNDABLE* deposit is required to set up an appointment via PayPal. This must be paid IMMEDIATELY after screening is complete and we have set a day/time. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make the deposit nor do you need to use your credit card. Any visa/mc/amex gift card can be used to make the transaction.
If *YOU* cancel I will not refund you regardless of the amount of advanced notice you provide. If I cancel I will refund you within 24 hours via PayPal
